In the name of god Amen ^[above: The . 14 . day of November . 1679] I Francis Parratt in
the parish of Audly
& Countie of Stafford yoman beinge of Sound & perfect memorie
Thankes bee to God for it doe ordayne this my Last will & Testament
as Followeth
I[te]m I give & bequeth unto Thomas & John Parratt my sonnes
some of Fortie pounds Apeece beinge with that Legecie which Richard
Stomer Left them being a part with other of them one brode peece of
goulde to be payd within one yeare after my decease It[e]m I give &
bequeth unto Frances Parratt my sonne the some of Thirtie pounds
his Legaie which Richard Stomer Left him beeinge part with one
brode peece of goulde to bee payde within the terme of two yeares
I[te]m I Leave unto Richard Parratt those Foure peeces of Lande
which are called by the neams of the Delfe filde Greene feeled
Barne Croft & Brane craft meddow payinge the some of two hun
hundred & Fiftie pounds when & to hav who it shall hereafter
Apounte & if hee refuse to paye the some of two hundred & Fiftie
pounds Then I doe give unto John Parratt & unto Frances Parratt
my sonnes Full power right & Attoritie to sell the sead Lands & to bee
in as full power as if I my selfe had beene present wihout any respect
to A deede baringe date the First day of Feabruary . 1670. I revok.. [page edge]

Apounte That is to say To Richard Parratt the some of seaven pounds with
one brode peece of goulde beeinge more than ^[above: with that Legecie wich Richard
Stormer left] Richard Stomer Left him
& to Thomas Parratt the some of twintie five pounds & to John Parratt
the some of twintie five pounds & to Anne Parratt my daughter the som
Threescore & foure pounds ^[above: and one ginny peece of gould] with that Legasie which

beeinge part & to Mary Parratt the some of Threescore & foure
pounds ^[above: and one ginny peece of gould] with that Legatie which Richard Stomer left
her beeinge
in part And to Abraham Parrott the some of Threescore
& foure pounds ^[above: and one brode peece of gould] beeing with that Legacie which

Left him & to Frances Parrat the some one pounds All to bee
payde or Secare to be payde within tenn moneth after the seade
Richard Parratt shall Atteane to the Age of one And twintie yeares
of age & then it shall goe towards the bringinge up of my childr [above: in]
& if any of them dye before they bee prefered in marriage of Attayne to

had After my wifes decease & I doe ordaine my Lovinge wife Anne Parratt &
Richard Parratt my sonne to bee my Lallfull Executors to doe & perform this my
Will & Testament Accordinge to the trust I repose in them
