Born in Arlington on July 14, 1924, she was a lifelong resident of Arlington. She had served as office manager for the Giessner Insurance Agency in Arlington since 1993.
She was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Prairie.
Survivors: Sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph and Angela Giessner of Grand Prairie and Kenneth and Jennifer Giessner of Arlington; grandchildren, Gregory Giessner of Grand Prairie, Jan Evans of Fort Worth, Jason Paul Giessner of Arlington and Justin Dean Giessner of Arlington; five great-grandchildren; twin sister, Lois Koerth of Hot Springs, Ark.; and niece, Sandra Kickhoefer of Hot Springs, Ark.

General Notes: FORT WORTH -- Roy Wilton Perrett passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2004.
Roy was the last child born to William and Meda Perrett in Arlington. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II. Roy was educated in Arlington and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1952 with a business degree.
He moved to California and worked for Van Camps for many years before returning to Arlington. He worked with many volunteer organizations in later years, traveled extensively and attended St. John Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Stanford, Kargan, Carl and Jenny.
Survivors: Nieces, nephews, cousins and Violet Broome.

Service: At his request, no services are planned. A memorial celebration will be held at a later date.

He was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Tarrant County, to Sanford and Carlene Perrett. A graduate of his beloved Arlington High School, class of 1960, he later attended Arlington State College where he became a charter member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
Much of his career was spent in the construction industry both as a real estate developer and general contractor.

Survivors: Left to cherish his memories are Pat; their children, Loree, Crystal, Chase and Brandee; his sister, Madeline; their extended families; and his many lifelong friends.
