Several Perrotts lived near Belbroughton in Worcerstershire, but the records-- particularly for the 16th & 17th centuries, is very incomplete. Below is the family tree reconstructed as best possible based on the available information. There are still many Perrots from the area who have not been placed on this tree, and there are many branches of family tree that come to a premature dead end due to insufficient information. The line in Belbroughton, which used the usual Perrot arms,died out, but a branch moved to Bristol and continued there. --His placement here is not certain, but this is about the only place where the dates can be reconciled with the following quote contained in Grazebrook, that in 1728, Thomas Perrot, esq., was 'brother of the said Humphrey the younger.' This implies that Thomas and Humphrey were both sons of an older Humphrey.
--P-rr-tt society gives his parents as Humphrey and Jane, but gives his birth in Bristol
--"purchased the Pedmore Hall Estate, County Worcester, where he took up his
residence, and in about the year 1720 he was High Sheriff of that County. He was also of the Peace for the same."
--His tomb in the church reads, "Johannes Perrot, nuper de Pedmore, in Com. Wygorn. arm. obiit 8 die Martii, Anno Dom. 1728, ætatis fune 76."

General Notes: Bromsgrove Church inscription, which is not entirely accurate:
"In memory of Elizabeth the widow of John, a younger branch of the Perrotts of Bell Hall in this county. She was born in1645, dyed in 1707, and was buried near this stone. descended from a family not more distinguished by its antiquity and affluence than its steadiness and sufferings in the cause of Charles the First which in the year 1641 became a defence of the religion and liberties of England. Her father was John Brooke, Esquire, of Hasleover in the county of Stafford, whose grandfather Robert married Lucy the daughter and coheiress of Thomas Stanley, secondson of Edward Earl of Derby by Dorothy daughter of Thomas Duke of Norfolk; and her mother being an heiress descended from Richard son of Edmund Lord (and brother to Ralph Earl of) Stafford, inherited his estates. And of her daughters who lie near her, Lucy the widow of John Bradley of Colbourn brook, in the county of Stafford, Gent., who died in March 1744, aged 75, and Elizabeth the widow of Samuel Smart of this parish gent., who died March 1752, in the 81st year of her age."

General Notes: -- No record of his birth. Because he is only 2 years older than John of Pedmore, and because John moved to the parish where Benjamin lived (Pedmore is chapelry of Swidmore), and because he named a son Humphrey, Barnwell (p 111) believes him to be a brother of John. Based on John's known relations, these are about the only parents that fit the picture
